ORDER DISPATCH

You will receive an automatic e-mail with the order confirmation.

  1. If this is not the case, it may mean that your order has not been recorded correctly, so you should go back to the beginning and validate each step;
  2. If you have not received your order within 5 days of the dispatch date;
  3. Check that the delivery address is correct;
  4. Contact Customer Service or by email at suporte@emotionprint.pt
  5. Upon delivery, check the condition of the packaging. If it presents serious external damages, you may refuse the order (in this case, without opening it). Otherwise, we suggest opening the package, still in the presence of the courier, to confirm the integrity of the item(s). If the package(s) present(s) any damage resulting from transportation, you should mention this situation in the delivery receipt that will be presented at the time.
